BaPS comes fully integrated with Sage Line 100 or as a 'Stand Alone' option compatible with Sage Line 50 and other accounts systems. Our bakery and production software has been developed by listening to end users and managers, then designing the system around their exact needs.
The whole emphasis of BaPS is to streamline order entry. Using a combination of standing orders, repeat orders and daily order entry, our bakery software offers a fast and flexible order entry process. During the order entry customer credit details are checked and displayed allowing staff to proactively mention to the customer if they are nearing or over credit limit.
The bakery system prevents order entry if the customer is on credit hold. At any point a user can enter a given date and the software will produce production figures to date. BaPS will produce delivery notes, cash on delivery invoices, packing sheets, production sheets, and consolidated weekly invoices.
