Bowe Digitl:access Ltd can offer annual system support agreements that will cover all aspects of your IT system including hardware, network, communication equipment and operating system software.

Problems can be diagnosed and resolved by telephone / remote support or an engineer can be dispatched onsite to identify faults and provide a resolution. This can include liasing on their behalf with hardware suppliers.

This will also cover local reconfiguration of operating systems, desktop configuration, server services etc. For key IT equipment a four hour response is provided. For non key IT equipment a 24-48 hour response is provided.

Disaster Recovery Monitoring

An added service we can provide is the setup and monitoring of a disaster recovery system that will replicate your onsite servers to cover application software and data.

Replication logs and backups are checked daily and we also perform quarterly tests on the backups to ensure validity.

If in the event onsite systems are lost, replication allows quick and easy system recovery.
