Bowe Digitl:access Ltd provide annual software support agreements for all BDA Ltd products and some third party products such as Sage Line 100 and MMS.
We can Provide the customer with such technical advice by telephone or remote connection as may be appropriate and necessary to resolve the customers difficulties and queries in installing and using the software products covered by the agreement.
The annual software support agreement also provides the end user with program updates that include new and revised facilities added from the wish list compliled from our wide range of end users.
We can also provide details of the procedures to be followed to run and alter software program parameters or revised versions of the software distributed by ourselves and other software suppliers.
On-site support can be provided as an added service if required.
