Support
We do not have a call centre or service centre. We have a team of highly experienced, knowledgeable engineers waiting on your call. You will not be waiting in queues or be put on call back, we aim to resolve your problem as soon as it arises.
Based in Newcastle, and able to operate UK wide, we bring focused IT support to companies who set standards high!
You will be allocated one account manager who will know your system inside out, so if anything does go wrong you will always be speaking to the same person, every time meaning your problem will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
Software and Platform Support
Our team of expert engineers provides support for all software we supply, i.e. all our own software and Sage software.
Platforms we support are Microsoft Windows office applications. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and all other applications. We also support all types of databases such as mySQL and SQL.
We can provide the customer with such technical advice by telephone or remote connection as may be appropriate and necessary to resolve the customer’s difficulties and queries in installing and using the software products covered by the agreement.
The annual software support agreement also provides the end user with program updates that include new and revised facilities added from the wish list compiled from our wide range of end users.
We can also provide details of the procedures to be followed to run and alter software program parameters or revised versions of the software distributed by ourselves and other software suppliers.
On-site support can be provided as an added service if required.
Hardware Support
Hardware equipment such as servers, networks, data and PC’s.
Network support, Back up’s, security and anti-virus and data protection.
Logging& monitoring tools for servers, PC’s and Portables with reporting
Broadband, internet & Email monitoring.
Support is given over the telephone, by email, remotely or by on-site visit where necessary.
Training
At Bowe we run workshop sessions as well as the software training.
The workshops are run for people who want to learn more about the software to get the most out of it. In a lot of cases software is much more powerful and can do a lot more than most may realise. Sometimes it is simply to re-train and top-up your knowledge on certain software and applications.
Software we cover in our workshops are Sage software we supply, Sage 50 Accounts, Manufacturing 50 & 200, ACT! & Swiftpage.
The Training we provide covers all our software and the Sage software we supply. This can be done on-site or in our offices.
The consultants taking the sessions are fully training and have many years experience in the software and applications, they can answer any question you may have.
Lunch, coffee, tea and snacks are provided with every session.
Consultancy
If you do not have the in-house resources or skills available to address your ICT requirements, we offer a consultancy service to work with you to identify your needs, propose solutions and project manage the design, production & implementation of the system.
Where we feel that consultancy and training are necessary during the introduction of a system, we will highlight this in our proposals, giving you realistic cost & time estimates, so you are fully aware of your commitment before the project commences.
