Our fast IT support is what we are best known for having offered it since we started out here in Newcastle some 25 years ago.  If you have a contract with us for Professional or Standard support, you can rest assured you will be prioritised by our IT service desk engineers. We have service level agreements in place to make sure you are not waiting longer than agreed where possible but we are pleased to say most of the tickets we get, we aim to resolve the problem right away.

You will be provided with an email address to our ticketing system, or a phone number if you prefer to speak to one of our friendly engineers.
