Main duties and key responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Marketing working closely with the marketing company to ensure products, services and news are communicated to prospects and existing clients.
  • Sales calls and pipeline follow up ensure all leads and pipeline are followed up.
  • Networking Attending conferences, events, and network meetings to build relationships with industry partners and prospective clients and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Sales forecasts Maintaining accurate pipeline within the internal CRM system (Autotask), Sharing Sales forecasts with Management and actively working towards reaching them
  • Product and Services Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Collaborating with the Support Team to ensure that requirements are met.
